To return an item, simply email all information about the product to support@vixenque.com

1 – The item must not be bought over 7 days from the delivery date.

2 – The product must be in new condition and returned together with the original packaging along with all the accessories inside it.

3 – If the item is clothing, it must not be worn before.

4 – Food/beauty products must be sealed and not to be opened in order for a return/refund.
